Name a day that you have not met someone new? I bet you can't. We are constantly seeing and meeting new people. Daily. Every time you do, you introduce yourself by saying your name and you then give a little "elevator speech" about yourself.
I had the blessed opportunity to jam out to TobyMac and Jamie Grace tonight at the Underground. Towards the end of the concert, Toby asked the crowd the title of my blog entry: "Who are you". Right there I thought to myself, "hmmm...who AM I?" Here's what I came up with: My name is Fitinnati. I'm a small town girl and I will forever carry those values with me. I see and hear with my head, but I follow and lead with my heart. I see each new day as an awesome opportunity to live out God's word through everything I do. I have an amazing sense of peace as I wait to see what God has in store for me in my future. There's a permanent smile on my face because of God's grace. I have the best friends a girl could ask for and if you asked them to describe me, they would say I'm genuine, fun and adventurous. Oh, but let's not forget my loving husband. You'll hear a lot about him in my later blogs, but for today's entry, just know that he is my earthly rock. (God is my heavenly rock)
So there you have it, my first entry. I'm a fitness professional striving to pave new ways for those in this industry-or any industry-who may be ashamed to stand firm in their faith.
